Hi,
I have build a VCA with an AS3330.
The circuit is based on the Digisound 80-9 and Hermflink schematic.
I have a little customized and adapted some components values for a + -12VDC power supply.
I have the result below.
This is with a control voltage of 10V, the output voltage must be normally 0.8x the input voltage.
There is a voltage peak and the rise time is not very good.

Does anyone have an idea what's going on?

Best regards,
Dominique

A link to the actual schematic would be helpful.

Ok, thanks.

When you built it as in the schematic .. the inputs ar AC coupled .. and the output signal as you scoped it is about what is to be expected.

Do you mean that the origin of the default is the AC coupling?
This is not the case. The AC coupling can give a signal distorsion at very low frequency but here the frequency is 4 KHZ.
Nevertheless I tried with a bridge on C1: there is no difference.
