It looks like it tries tries to load samples from a directory called LOOPS. This directory wasn't inclueded in the zip file you posted.

I have also tried to get Dschihad working, but it seems it's Mac only. Would need some deep knowledge of max/msp to get it ported to windows. Maybe someone should *wink*
