Can't use Reaktor 5.1.2

I did the 5.1.2 UB update and now Reaktor won't work.
Whenever I open it, I'm asked to activate it.
The problem is I already did that and there's no solution in sight from NI.
I contacted NI support several times and they couldn't give me a satisfactory answer.
Wondering if anyone is going through the same Sad

I didn't do the update. I'm on a PC, and the update didn't seem to offer me anything I needed. I'd recommend going back to your older version and waiting for NI to sort this out. Awhile ago I noticed some problems mentioned on their forum. I haven't checked recently to see if anything has been resolved. Good luck.

i've done the update and, then, redo the activation using NI Service Center application. It works perfectly. Did you used this last?

I tried everything, believe me!
Still not working and support can't solve the problem.
In the Reaktor forum, I'm not the only one going through this.
Note: I have the download version.

did you tried to remove activation keys from your PC/Mac and retrying the activation?

Are you on mac? Apparently alot of people have been having issues with the update on mac... Check the NI forums

I was one of them.
After some time NI figured I had to buy the UB update - which I did - and all went fine.
I just regret the time it took...
