Yes, sure. Make it stick. Thanks bbob !!
Q: Can we add to the "sticky" (Leave it editable) so that if there are more important TH hardware links, members can just go to this one single sticky post??
We could add Scott's links also that has anything relating to Thomas henry projects.

>>Here's the pcb for an early version of the Thomas Henry ADSR. With the addtion of 2 diodes in the trigger and gate sections you can bring it up to full 21st century spec.<<
slo,
Thanks for the pcb layout. Do you know where can one find a schematic and possibly more information on this ADSR?
Thanks. |

Schematic is only available in the book " An Analog Synth for the 21st Century" available @ Magic Smoke.
Great book of up to date schematics for a killer synth. Some boards available for it too.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the mention of AS21C. I've built most of the circuits in there, and I'm really happy with them. And yes, more AS21C PCBs are in the works. All of our Thomas Henry books can be found here:

Cheers and Happy 2009 to all!

Sale??? What sale??? Did I miss something somewhere? I just bought the AS21C downloadable book, didn't see any mention of a sale. Actually I think it's my computer... it filters stuff like that out just to spite me.

Hey Guys and Gals,
Yes, Lulu just recently changed the "Storefront Page" addresses, but the old address should still work. The old address will just redirect you to the new one:
www.lulu.com/magsmoke
http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/Magic_Smoke
As far as the discounts, Lulu will have a site-wide discount at random times once or maybe twice a year. I announce these on the Magic Smoke Facebook page, and I don't always get around to posting them here, but I try. "Like" the FB page and you'll get those announcments sooner. I usually post 'freebie' schematics like the LFX there too, although I also try to post them here on E-M.

Hi All,
Just found out that Lulu has extended their site-wide sale (15% off) until midnight September 26th, so you've got a few more days to save a few bucks on Thomas Henry books. Also, Lulu.com has a lot of other interesting self-published books, so check it out while you're there.
Use the code OKTOBERFEST305 at check-out to get your discount.

A lot of the above links are dead.
Could we get an update? |

If nothing else, here's an update for the the books published by Magic Smoke (available through our print to order service at Lulu.com)
www.lulu.com/spotlight/magsmoke
The links to the Electronotes / Thomas Henry Super Controller seem to work okay for me. It is worth noting that the divide-down circuitry and start/stop controls will work with other oscillators and VCOs. You don't necessarily need to sacrifice an expensive CEM 3340 for the task.

Ah, got it. Yes, the links at the top of the page don't work. However, the updated links a few posts further down all work except for the "Forgotten Analog Design Tool" link. That one is about using spreadsheets, in case you were wondering. I don't have that article, but I've seen that Thomas has mentioned it before.

OIC, thanks.
It would've been nice to have the "Forgotten Analog Design Tool" . |
