I watched a video on youtube and thought that it seemed simple enough. I went out and bought two mini keyboards from a thrift store. They are for kids, nothing high-tech just 5 keys and a pre-recorded tune (Twinkle, twinkle , little star). I took the backs off, pulled out some alligator clips and went to it. I never got a response. Everything just stayed the same. I take that back. I got a response a few times... and it was that all the sound went off until I removed one of the clips. I would love to figure this out. Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

http://blog.makezine.com/archive/2008/02/bent_2004_documentary_onl.html

This documentary will give you plenty of information and its great fun to watch!

I can send you a pdf copy of the workshop reader I did, but it's on another computer, I'll get back to that.

Just keep going at it, once you find that first bend you're lost! Very Happy

Wow. Thanks guys. I think I am finally starting to figure it out. I haven't made any progress with getting any sounds but I am starting to figure out more and more about it.

stolenfat-

I read that email you sent to your friend and you mention microcircuitry. I kind of fear that this is the problem that I have run into but at the same time I highly doubt it. Everything is wired to a pretty tiny board (maybe 2in by 2in) but it doesn't really look all that complex. I could put up some pictures of it if it would help you see what I am working with. I just really want to start to get some bending going.

Again thanks for all your help. I hope it keeps coming.
