Hello!

http://cgi.ebay.com/Thomas-Henry-SN-Voice-Synth-Module-SN76477-MOTM-Formt_W0QQitemZ110310394798QQcmdZViewItemQQptZKeyboards_MIDI?hash=item110310394798&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

Isn't the price a little high?

Thanks!

Well, I guess the guy who bought it didn't think the price was too high. My board looks good in it though ..... Wink I personally would have not paid that much.

Hehe, have any of you guys taken a look at the prices for pre-built modules before? $335 is nothing Laughing

With all my respect for you, I don't know about nothing as you stated, especially in this economy, but yes, Scott Stites and I have been having conversations about this. The fact that modules are made in very small quantities, and, take lots of time because they ARE hand built really does justify the price in many cases. It really depends on what the module does and who makes it. I mean, would you pay > $300.00 for a single channel VCA, probably not (at least not me), BUT, would you pay >$300.00 for a decent VCO, YES, most definitely. This is strictly my opinion and what I would do. You point though is well taken sir and of course, I do know (personally) what the prices are on the markets I was just stating that I would not have paid that much for an SN Voice because I make them myself. Very Happy In fact the board that's in that EbaY SN Voice module is one from my own stock.

Thanks man.

Ah, I`m with you on that one. I was trying to see it from a more general module buying point of view. Personally, I wouldn`t buy any module Very Happy
