Just a quick announcement that right now EdisonRex and ModulatorESP are jamming LIVE and allowing our forum members to "listen in" on Electro Music Radio. They just went on air at approximately 19:00 GMT and will go on for about 2 hours in my estimation. maybe more. Be sure to check the chat room from time to time .........

What a nice musical treat !!!
Thanks fellas !!

Happy Independence Day to all in the States !!!!!!

Well, we *recorded* about 6 hours. We actually played 8, as it turned out, but the first two hours were lost to technical issues (bad cable on one of my channels kept cutting in and out, we didn't set up recording early enough, etc). I had a blast. This was a lot of fun and the folks who came to the party all loved it too. Now to sit down and edit the recording, there is enough probably to do a couple of shows (something possible since I'm going off on holidays imminently).

Thanks Jez, it was great, looking forward to another, and seeing you at EM09.

because the webcam was so crap, it's a wireless and I got a lot of interference. Here's some pics of us. There was a party going on around us too, I won't post pics of that, but it was pretty good and everybody really liked the music.

next time remind me to stop recording halfway through

editing 6 hour sets isn't easy when you can't even get the file open in your editor

Which editor are you using? I wouldn't try this on my laptop and it sure bogged down the big Mac, but you should be able to cut it into smaller pieces... But I'll remind you next time we play for 6 hours Wink

I managed to get it open in Audacity, but I needed to make 12Gb of room on my C: drive to make room for the temporary files

I'm now trying to save it in 2 chunks, but it seems to have stopped

That would be fun. I'm coming up to Nottingham in October. Maybe I can stay a couple nights or something. My rig has changed somewhat, I got a lot of modular now... Smile

I don't think I'm doing anything that weekend, and should be able to get the Friday off
