I joined this site to see if any one can help me with my electronic projects. I use to build robots but now I want to do something different. I will admit I am a bit rusty since the last time I had access to my workshop.

I am planning on buying a project kit to get back into electronics. It will teach me to read schematics and how to work with a bread board. On the side I will also be working on this idea of a synth in a form of a guitar.

Welcome Dragon2Love. You can definitely find people here who are willing to help you with electronics, music, and learning to read schematics. Probably the best advice I've heard for the schematics is to build up your vocabulary of circuit symbols. Just like learning a language, vocabulary seems to be the most important part. You need to understand what all the symbols mean, then you can work on understanding how they are connected together and so forth. Good luck!

Les
