Problem sending midiclock from Cubase to NM1

I am having problem with getting my NM1 Keyboard synth to receive midi clock signals from my Cubase 5.0. I have set the Synchronize option in Cubase to transmit midi clock to the NM and I have set the NM to 'External' midi clock and I am using the MidiGlobal module. What could be the problem here?

(I am on a mac G4 running os 9.2.2)

I did it with other instruments on windows, so i might be able to help.

Here's the screenshot from my Cubase..

It seems that the NM is not receiving midiclock from Cubase (it is responding to the internal rate in the ClkGen1 module, when I turn this control, eventhough Cubase is running and supposedly should transmit on midi).

(The patch is supposed to create a 'midi-clocked' sound when a key is pressed.) Why am I not getting midi sync in this patch?
