JR is going to kill me for this since he insists on having three squares per day
(personally, I prefer triangles).
If I only wish to eat one meal per day, do I have to pay full price for all three days?
Is Chef Geoff going to chase me out of his kitchen?

I'd recommend packed lunch. Bananas are good sustenance.

Well, I suppose a banana is better than a bone,..or a pointed stick.

I ask for free beer. Does beer come with the ticket price?

Sorry for this belated response.

Chef Geoff will not be our caterer this year. The meals will be provided by the camp itself, in a separate and very nice cafeteria just a short walk from the main concert/seminar/jam venue.

We will be selling a meal ticket for people who want meals but not lodging. However, it's going to be too complicate to sell individual meals. So, it will be one price for one day of meals. I need to work the exact price.

You can get meals in the nearby restaurants if you wish. There are lots of places to eat within about 10 miles of the camp.

OK, I just put up on the store single day tickets. Meals and/or lodging can be added as options. This gives people just about any option they want. Ordering is a bit complex, but it is possible to figure it out, I think. Rolling Eyes

Anyway, if you have been putting off ordering because you didn't want meals or lodging, or you can just stay only 1 or 2 days, then please order now.

The camp apparently offers accommodations for people with special dietary needs. However, sending an e-mail directly to the person in question who apparently handles these things has not yielded a response.

Similiarly, two phone messages and an e-mail using the websites contact/info request asking about other available accommodations on site for non EM participants have yielded no response. (All those messages were left weeks ago with about a week or more inbetween each).

I'm not getting a feeling of helpfulness from the venue, even though all I am doing is using their website contact information and instructions for getting helpful information they purport to give out if you use those instructions.

In a nutshell what I am trying to determine is if my family can stay elsewhere onsite and do their own thing while I attend the conference, which would allow me to sleep with them in their cabin. Clearly there are cabins there. I believe EM is not taking up the entire facility, so...what do I have to do to get some basic information here?

Any help appreciated.

The director at the camp doesn't want our participants calling them directly. Please send me a PM with any special requests and I'll deal with the retreat center.

Thanks.

OK- there was to date no specification about that on their or this site re:diet requests.

I'll send in my request to you then. Thanks for clarifying.
