Just for those who don't know, I've made a small drum pattern programmer. It's called tron and measures 100mm by 80mm.
* 8 parts,
* 16 steps with two velocities (think TR909 style programming).
* You can chain two patterns and each pattern has a number of repeats, so you can have pattern 1 play 7 times, then pattern 2 play once, then it goes back to pattern 1.
* Midi note outs can be set by the user, the "low" velocity is adjustable, the step length (so you can go to 32 beats per bar if you really want).
* Last step is adjustable from 1 to 16, so you can have a 7 beat bar (again, if you really want).
* performance mode that let's you "mute" parts
