Hi all.

Can anyone help me with finding a datasheet for the Analog Devices IC - AD533JD?

I recently acquired a couple of these chips and, as yet, have not been able to find any information about the pin-out configuration.

I know they are analogue multipliers, and was going to use them in some ringmod circuits, but can't do anything with them yet!

Any leads would be amazing!!

James.

http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/A/D/6/3/AD633JN.shtml

The above website (which is my absolute favourite, for datasheets) doesn't list the JD suffix. Another site though did list the JD as a dip package. I don't think there'd be any pin differences.

I hope this helps. I myself love the AD633. I've 2 of them in my modular.

Cheers Rich.

It was actually the 533 I was after, not the 633.
I have that site well and truly bookmarked too, invaluable!

Anyway, the 533s I have were made in 1974 and are proper 70s bling having solid gold legs and casings! They are a 14pin package not 8pin like the 633s.

I posted this query on another forum and have since been given the datasheet (cheers Eric if you're reading this!). I have added the pdf as an attachment if anyone's interested.

James.
