Just a bounded random thingy with some funny sounds & some loops in it.

It does display occasional fragments of music.

This is a wonderful noodle, Jan. I've listened it for an hour. Juli can in from the other room and said, "what's that? I like this one." She made me promise to tell you... Smile

Please say hi to Juli for me, I remember her from Lodon, a pleasant memory.

if there is eventually a stand-alone G2 player for mac, like that free softsynth version clavia put out, i could finally hear all this stuff !

is this possible yet and i missed it ?

would love to hear these noodles, as you call them

I think the mac version is out but if it's like the PC version, very few noodle posts will work on it. This one for example is in poly mode, not supported on the demo.

BTW Jan, brilliant noodle, love the sounds.

There is a softsynth version of the G2 called a DEMO version. It's found here: http://www.clavia.se/G2/demo/index.htm

The demo has a bunch of limitations, like mono mode only, no reverb or midi modules, and maybe a few others. It's documented. I think it lacks the ability to run most of the noodles, but it's worth a try. You'll at least be able to see more of what the G2 is really like to use. Maybe some of the master noodlers will make some just for the demo version. Idea

Maybe they will ..meanwhile I did a little experiment and removed the reverb modules, the patch will now open in the demo program, but it's mono and the sounds are a bit naked.

Moreover I thought I had a reasonably fast computer overhere but it's not able to run the patch sustained ...
