I've built the Experimenter board and been playing around with it for some weeks now. My filters are not working which i think is due to using 2N5457's as subs to PN4391 (i'm currently waiting on an order of a few). I've read of a few people with the same problem. So hopefully that will solve itself.
The mixer easily distorts, and think i'm gonna try to lower the 200k feedback resistor that doubles the gain. Maybe that will also help with the mixer bleed/leak, as i can hear the oscillators faintly even with NOTHING patched to the mixer...

There are a few things that i'd want to mod to my liking also as:

*the envelope output goes from -5V to about +5V.
Is there any simple trick to make this go from 0 to +10V instead?

*also i think(?) the VCA needs negative voltage to even shut off. I would have thought the panel mounted pot would turn the VCA off, and then the applied positive voltages would open it. But it's not working like that..
The pot only turns the vca off with said negative voltage applied to the cv input.

i still think it's pretty good bang for the buck, but'd be super psyched if someone could weigh in with some ideas or tricks Idea

How's it been working for you who've built it?

Thanx & cheers
