Hi,
in an old manual I found a procedure to match the transistors, maybe someone better than me can try the place!

Don't know what you are asking. That is the standard Moog transistor matcher that a lot of people use. There is an error in the schematic though. There should be a 10K resistor between the 2N3906 collector and the PNP socket emitter just like the NPN tester.

Highly recommend Ian Fritz' circuit linked above. Works well for me (and I have a little perf board with sockets and a power header kicking around for it somewhere!)
