Hi,

you need a Canary byrd , but without any dirt ? put one in your G2
Or you want to make a joke with your cat or neighbour or friends ?

Oh , i know, you can do it better than i can. I hope i get some input to make better Byrd voice patches, or to make noodels out of it.

ok: Variation 6 allready works, but there are artefacts audible.
Just hit two Keys on your Keyboard ( best between C3 und C5) and get a surprise. I'm still laughing.

Any tipps to do it better or in a different way are welcome, ofcourse also other patches.
I want now to make my sample collection with Byrd voices ( from Digital and real living ones )
I' m looking also to get noodles out of it, but the understanding for this isZero.
If there is a patch suitable to learn basics of noodleding, please let me know.

Greets
Funky

If its a canary I wouldn't know, but it's a a bird, definitely, two actually :-)

Maybe it's interesting to have a look at the patch "kanarievogel" made by Ico Doornekamp for the NM Classic, you can find it in the old archives at : http://nm-archives.electro-music.com/010_NordModular/011_Patches/Doornekamp_Ico/

First i did'nt understood it anymore and got no results with my Engine. It's fun to programm byrds voices.

Oh , Shocked

much much simplier than my one and better sounding.
My NM1 patch makes sparrows.
Very nice patch to learn understanding Random pulse and random clock

If you have more tipps for simple patches that helps to understand the working of the logic modules, switches, and all this stuff it is very welcome to me.
For both NM1 +G2

( All this fantastic patches the pros and advanced users are making are far behind my capacities to understand them or the working of the modules)

Not directly, your patch made me remember Ico's, but you could always browse around looking at the file sizes I guess ...

Not all were craftfully engineered, some are "happy accidents" :-)

edit : and it's not really easy to decompose patches to understand what exactly is happening, while during making them everything makes sense more ore less. Ah well just the same as what you said about your canary patch I guess.

I don't understand the really complicated noodle patches as well, but I do enjoy listening to them.

Nice birds BTW

If Ian and Jan can't figure these noodles out, there's not much hope for the rest of us. Crying or Very sad
