Ambitention is an ongoing series of ambient, electronic, experimental and space musics. There are always two performing artists/groups who collaborate/improvise together for the third set.

Ambitention #8 will take place on Saturday August 9, 2003
at the Worcester Artist Group, 38 Harlow St, Worcester, MA

and will feature:

MINDSPAWN
a powerful electronic world of dark tendrils woven around primal thought streams

Mindspawn's music is a thick blend of dark ambient soundscapes and neo-classical phrasing. He's shared the performance stage with the likes of DreamSTATE, Sara Ayers and Matthew Florienz (Liquid Morphine). This is his debut Worcester performance.

SEAN CARROLL
atmospheric guitar-synth -- peaceful and eerie -- looped and layered

Sean's tasteful and inventive use of guitar-synth and effects is a vital part of obLique and Embracing the Glass. In a rare solo performance, he'll be creating listening environments for mindful transport.

first set at 9 --- $5 admission --- all ages
