This is not an OS issue , rather a mechanical one ...I have had my G2 for a week plus now ,, And only now realised that there is a low nasal hum resonating from the machine if I put my ears close. Is this an issue , or does the machine do this ....

Responses will be greatly appreciated .

Put your ear close to any mains connected transformer.. you will be able to hear a low hum. This is normal.

I guess the Clavia synths hum a bit more than other stuff, and you're certainly not the first one to question it Very Happy

My G2 hums when it is bored and wants to be played (or is is the voices in my head again?) Can you hear a melody in there somewhere?

(Sorry, I couldn't resist. A long night of noodles to nowhere....)

OK , Mark .....Very funny . But at least I know now that the hum is real ...This synth is VERY wicked though ... and most likely I will look into the Nord Wave as well .........
