Control Voltage CV1 and CV2 Subject description: Functional |

Hello,
Does anybody know the difference in using the control voltage CV1 instead of the CV2 ?
Does the CV1 controls osc-1 and CV2 controls osc-2 ?

that's correct. you can add additional CVs to either oscillator, just run each one thru a separate 100k resistor (like R62/R63)...

Why does a VCO need more than one CV-input? _________________ www.groeneridder.net |

For all kinds of things. One could be used for a sequencer while a 2nd could then be used to transpose the sequence from a keyboard. A 3rd could be used to connect it to an LFO to get frequency modulation and a 4th to a 2nd VCO to get audio rate FM for some nice dirt in the sound, although for FM mostly a linear FM input would be preferred over an exponential one.
Basically, just plug in a mix off stuff intto it and listen to what happens _________________ Jan

geen dank.
Synths = fun, especially with synths that allow for wild connections _________________ Jan
