Alright so my name is Rob Cumba, I'm 21 and I'm a guitarist. I got a singer that's 25 and he lives in venice beach. He's got like a classic rock voice but I think if we went and formed the band his style would morph into what would sound good and relevant. We need a keyboardist whose is good all around and able to provide atmospherics of any and all genres within the electronica world. We wish to infuse rock n roll with electronica thus creating a new band for this millenium. We are drinkers, smokers and most of all we're jammers. We wanna take rock n roll into the future not take it backwards like all the garage rock bullshit. This is the real deal people. I love jungle, hardcore, trance, IDM, Trip-hop, House and basically everything else. My favorite producers are amon tobin, kruder-dormeister, dan the automater......dj's are kid koala, bonobo, dj dan and whatever else kicks ass and is talented. So yeah I'm a guitar player and I can play blues rock riffs with the best of em but I also know my shit in other areas too. If anybody is out there that fits the bill pllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeasee call us up at (310)971-7484(Rob) or (310)401-0016(marcel-singer) Peace.

haven;t seen anyone from venice beach around here..anyone Question

but good luck finding your keyboardist

on another note, i wonder how wise it is to post your home phone on a public site

anyway, best of luck, sounds like a cool project and i think you have the right idea
combining rock and roll with electronica....

as a matter of fact that pretty much describes my current project...hit my website below if you are interested in hearing what we did with rock and electronica..

20 years ago I would have called that number. That reminds me, I actually tried to find some dudes in LA interested in doing something in that style 20 years ago... hmm.. I stayed at this Hughes whatnot off Hollywood Bld. and met a guy in some place near Sunset who played some mean electric guitar and we jammed in a studio nearby. Serious fun. So.. somewhere in LA there are tapes of a local guy called C and me and some other guys doing LA versions of The Passage and I Am Metal.
