dunno what you would call this kind of electronic music.

www.purevolume.com/benny

i've listened to some stuff posted on this forum and alot of it sounds reallly good.

my music is just composed with fruity loops, cubase sx and my imaginiation, i plan on getting equipment eventually.

first track is just a poppy track i made for the sake of being 'catchy'
second track is more of what i want to sound like

I listened to "Molecule" and really liked it. My only complaint would be the loud drum/cymbal passage at about 1:50. It seemed to be an obtrusive element of an otherwise peaceful track.

"Action Hero" is well titled. My favorite part was at 1:15ish. A sort of asian piece, but that drum came in again and ruined it for me.

Hi, Benny. Welcome to electro-music.com.

I listened to all of the tracks and I like them. I agree with Moho about the drum in Action Hero, but I can appreciate the contrasting nature of the drums to a degree. Don't worry about what we think. Wink

I don't know what to call this kind of electronic music either. Wink I call all of it electro-music, as long as it is created primarily for the pure joy of it. drunken

You are off to a fabulous start. Don't stop. Try everything that occurs to you. Keep us posted.

And about the equipment - there are people who for years were hardcore gear heads who now are 100% softies.

thanks for the comments and being honest, its hard to find constructive critiscism in the city i live in.

my music has been purely for the enjoyment i get out of making it and i hope to continue to keep it that way. as for the song molecule i wanted to have those hihats break in smoother and kinda flow with it, like break in but stay with the overall mood of the song. hopefully as i keep makin music i'll get more of an ideal sound. thanks again for the replies =)
