Hi again!
I'm planning on integrating a little speaker into my Sound Lab, so when it's not connected to outside P.A., I can still practice (even with a plugger for headphones). I saw a photo of a Sound Lab project inside a little suitcase, Synthi A style, in the Sound Lab site with a speaker integrated.
Do you know of a simple and good schematic for a little amp to feed the speaker and the headphones?
I found some, but maybe you guys know of a better one to build.

thanks a lot.

Incidently, my SoundLab can drive a pair of headphones thru its normal output. I have an old set of mono Telex headphones used for schools back in the day. It doesn't work well, and I have to put the master volume to 11, but it's surely audible!

Best bet would be to build a small preamp. There are tons of schematics on line that use simple op amps.

i don't know if you've found a suitable ore-amp yet, but their are some good ones on this site:

scroll down to "boost-o-rama", or even further to "utility boost".
i have built one of the utility boost ones a bunch of times, and it's great, just what you need to push just about any signal.

hope this helps,

Thanks, but I already used another simple design, works perfectly. Thank you anyway!
