Thanks Blue Hell, but I'm only using a 1A power supply and not a 10A. And my wall wort is also only 12V so I think all specs are within parameters. I do appreciate your thorough explanation.
Do you t ...

Hey Hackbox,
Does www.mouser.com not ship to Aussie Land? The prices on Farnell look astronomically high. The NJM#13700D's on mouser are RoHS compliant and only $.77 (US). I also know that futurlec.c ...

They are out of Thailand so they can sell things a bit cheaper (pots-$.50, swtiches-$.69, knobs-$.45) an ...

I used to build a lot of guitar effects pedals. I would use spray on enamel spray paint (may I recommend Krylon) if I wanted a background color. Then bake that on (you can find instructions for this o ...

Built it and love it. I house both it and my sound lab in a child's upright piano. I got one cheap second hand. And to toot my own horn, it looks pretty dang cool. I'll put pictures up if I can.

May I recommend my favorite seller: http://www.futurlec.com/index.shtml. They have very inexpensive knobs and since they are based out of Thailand, I'm sure they'd ship most anywhere. (Unless your res ...

Maybe someone addressed this and I just didn't see it, but is the amperage of the voltage regulators or the wall wort an issue? My VR's are 12V @ 1A. I have an inky feeling I should lower it to 500mA, ...
