Take a pair of pliers, grab a hold of 'em and just break them off. Orrrr, you could drill some smaller holes on your panel and let them extend into them but that's really more work than its worth.

You may want to do something like this to protect your circuit if you're going with a wall wart to WSG. I did the same mod (minus the capacitor) to power my WSG.
