It appears the noise is greatly added and amplified in the VCA.

This is with the listening volume from my monitors at the same level (pre VCA and Post)

Well... a few things, there is a bit of processor noise? (maybe) in the output, nothing horrible but you can hear it a bit at times depending on the filter setting. It can be eq'ed out to an extent. ...

Got it wired up. The rats nest is temp. It will be pretty when boxed.
It draws 120 mWatts.

Man, I have never heard a Wasp filter in person, and this dual filter is the cats azz.... IT SOUND AMAZ ...

for the noise circuit I put a 470 ohm resistor on pin 6 of the 4030 to ground. this seems to work good. There is only 1mWatt across the resistor.
