i'm looking for the easyest way to get a good headphone out on the soundlab.

i thougt about a ruby mini amp, but hat might be a bit overkill (don't know)

i'm probably not the first to make a hea ...

at least i understand it a little, i'm not sure if i can implement this knowledge, but tomorrow i think i'll have some time to look at the circuit again.

ill give it a go.
(first i have to get 2 more ICs in the mail, and find some time)

i wish i knew a bit more about impedance...

it was a 4 octave keyboard that i cut to be 3 ovtaves, so i'll try with the spare octave first...

but i think it could never be in tune, because the resistance of each button is different...

this might give you an impresion of what the whole thing looks like...

this was my initial plan, but i guess this wont work, some switches have 260 ohms, some 85 ohms when closed, i hope that is no problem for the matrix thing...

ok, so yeah, they are rubber switches, and inside them (i hoped it was visible on the pic) there is a tiny black cylinder, that connects two metal thingies then the buton is pushed...

i just went out to get a new camera, as soon as the battery is charged, ill take some pics...

but i'm already guessing i had better chosen the matrix decoder thing...
anyway, if that is the case, ...

today i started working on the keyboard, bus soon found out that the switches that are in the keyboard (an old jvc) have a resistance of there own (and of course not 100 ohm, but apox 170 ohm)

But my real project is more about using the frets and strings as a circuit for controlling Ray's single buss keyboard circuit.

i have seen pictures of a guitar with a synth built in that worked ...

for anybody interested in this, i think i found the answer...

i ones made that sircuit (the +9/-9V thing with the max1044) but never got round to testing it because the effect i wanted to power with it wasn't really wat i was looking for, so i recycled some part ...

i was looking into the TX-2 and since that is sold out and i realy want it and was looking for a cool tube project anyway...

so i have the same question for schematics of the TX-2.. ...

i only did 1 pcb that way and had some "broken" traces too.
i just soldered some sollid wire over them (like jumpers)

got no cam right now so i cant show a pic of that...

i have got two ideas for control voltage producing deviceses but i don't know enough about electronics to design them:

1st one probably is simple to make.

i'm building the stripboard right now, and its comming along nicely.
there are a couple of things not realy clear in the picture mostly becouse its not realy high resolution, ...

i cant find the LM3900...
could i use something else?

so yeah, i'm about to order my parts and i was wondering if the 2uF Tantalum Capacitor could be replaced by 2.2uF?

i guess it would be no problem, but i thougt i'd ask...
