Problem solved! 
There was a failure in the pcb, Pin 1 Of the 7555 Chip was not connected to ground, but instead Pin 2 was connected to ground! Now i'm happy to have a nice ADSR

| I built the new version of yusynth´s ADSR, it works but there is no affect in the decay and sustain pots. What could be wrong?
