I got really frustrated and reflowed each solder point of the board. When I tried it after that, I was actually able to hear a little delay, but my amp had to be up halfway for the signal to be audib ...

I don't know what is going on with this thing. I've checked and rechecked, and rechecked, and rechecked, and so on...

I made the PCB, populated the board, wired it up, and nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTH ...
