Quick questioned about wires. What does "UL" and "Recognized" mean in reference to a wire type. Almost all the wire types they sell at radio shack have that in the name.

check that you didn't jump any traces on the pcb.........if you short out anything on the bottom you might get some crazy reactions.

I got mine constructed enough for sound finally. Very Happy
When I turn on my mini-synth I get the sounds triggered every few seconds. I will get a sound that lasts a few seconds, stops and then a few second ...

I see, I got 1/4" jacks too but I don't have much use for them right now as I have nothing with a connector that big.

Thanks I got it wired that way. Can't test it yet as I have to do a lot more wiring still. Here's a pic of what I wired so far.
