hey you guys,
while waiting for the tempco´s, i thought it would be a good idea to prepare the envelopes for shipping
but there are some adresses missing.
i need the adresses of:
EdisonRex

MrClack
can you please pm me your adresses?
then i can complete the envelope preparation and ship the tempco´s the day they arrive at my place, which will be hopefully next week.

gentlemen:
the tempco´s are on their way!!!
you should receive them at the end of the week.
@ sebo: please note that dhl says that it will take up to 30 days for the parcel to arrive in argentinia, so please be patient...
there is an issue: because i really don´t see through the price policy of dhl, it turned out that the letters to the euro zone cost 1 € instead of 2 €, and the letters inside germany cost 1,45 € instead of 2,20 €. funny enough that letters outside of germany a cheaper than letters within germany. logic?
well, what shall i do? pay you the money back, keep it for another group buy (i´m sure there will be another one soon: need THAT chips, and some AD chips...), or even keep it as some sort of bonus?
please tell me.
best wishes,
tobias. |

first: thank you guys.
about the ssm2210:
price is 3,25 $ when buying 50 pieces directly from AD
ssm2220 is 3,97 $ at same quantity
what do you need those for? because the THAT300 (or is it 320 for NPN?) are around 4 $ at ka-electronics, and these are quad-supermatched pairs... |

alternative for the MAT02 in the ASM-2 and general future use, building it with LM394 but read ssm210 is closer match may replace it if im not happy with the tracking _________________ Clacktronics.co.uk |

ah, i see, then the THAT chips won´t fit...
i really don´t know how close the lm and the ssm are matched, but here in germany both are equally priced, at least the metal can version of the lm is as expensive as the ssm... |

Had a question but the internet answered it...
I was wondering if this tempco was equivalent to the old Q81, and the Oakley site says:
"1K temp co resistors
These are equivalent to the old Tel Labs Q81 +3500ppm/K 1K resistors found on many old synths like the Minimoog and Oberheim SEM. We also use them in our own VCO design."
Leaving this as an edit in case anyone else is searching for the same answer. Thanks folks for arranging a group buy! |
