I'm back from The Hague. The Nord Modular event was quite enjoyable. I met some great people, saw some great synths, heard some great music, and played a G2 in a wonderful jam session. Perhaps the best part was renewing old friendships and making new ones.

I have some pics available for people to check out. See this link http://electro-music.com/images/TheHague2004/index.html

The first day was devoted to talks, the second day featured a synthesizer show and an evening dinner concert.

The third day was a four hour Nord Modular jam sesson right on the beach.

I stayed with Rob Hordijk. I learned a great deal about some new patch techniques he's developing. We had a blast.

On the last day of my visit, we went to Amsterdam to see the Van Gogh museum. I don't have any pictures of that because of camera problems. (I forgot to put the battery in after charging it). doh

Hey Howard! Great to have you back! When I think of it, I am just in from Greece. This place suddenly has 566 members and 4 pages of new threads! Amazing!

Very enjoyable pictures. I would love to go to something like that someday.

Am I the only one missing the stroopwafels in these pictures?
Wish I could have been there, but I was drowning in a sea of retsina at the time.

Any audio?

Yes, I took a bunch of avi movies that make noise. I wouldn't call it audio. I'll have to post them. Been lazy, you know...
