So, now I have a new question:

I'm trying to use the pre-made advanced tracker that comes with the v2 upgrade. Works well and good. Wonderful.

What I want to do is increase the number of tracks, say from the default 4 to 8. Simple c&p'ing makes functional tracks, sort of, but I can't set the notes on them. They're still mapped to the "select track" button that also controls the original track that the c&p was from.

I've tried to poke around in the expressions a bit, but I can't seem to figure out which param, let alone which value of which part of the expression, needs tweaking to make my new track selector button set control my new set of tracks.

I started out with powerseq.jzlib and modified it as described above.

Update to the previous post: it explains in the manual how to do the steps necessary to make the "track on/off" buttons and the envelope multi-faders work with the new tracks, but I am still at a loss for how to get the following new versions of the meta-controllers to map to my new tracks:

AllSteps2
Reset2
Octave_2 (had to include the underscore because the previous "Octave" object was using Octave1-Octave4)
Note2

I can't tell if StepSel2 and TrackSel2 are working or not. They seem to "take" when I press them but they have no effect independent of the octave and note objects that don't work.

I'll attach a screenshot so you can see what I'm talking about.

Hi,

I will have a look tomorrow, I have also split this topic from the original thread.

Cheers

Andy
