What I want to know is:

1. I'm not sure if I got the hole sizes correct for screws, led lights, and the little switches. So if you know
the correct sizes please list em.

2. I would like to also have a multiples module, but couldnt find one, so if you got a link..

3. Will I have to get a midi-to-cv converter or is there a module that I should look into that will cover this?

4. Would like to have a power-on/off switch for the synth but dont have instructions for it.

5. Any other modules I should consider?

6. I noticed on the MFOS LFO there is no rate adjustment, so this isnt a full featured LFO?

7. The Mixer section on the VCF.. is that like a proper mixer or is that related to VCF only? Would I have to get a
seperate module for true mixer..

Thanks for any help would be much appreciated.

1. Depends on the parts you use. Get them first and then finalise the layout.
2. Could be just a few jacks wired together to start with. Buffer amps might be an improvement later, but not crucial as long as the modules have the right input and output impedances. (which I think Ray's do)
3. ? Separate module I s'pose. I still haven't sorted this problem out with mine.
4. DPDT switch across the +ve and -ve lines from the PSU.
5. ?
6. Coarse (not "course") and Fine are your rate adjustments.
7. Can be used as your only mixer.

thanks m8!

hehe dunno how I got "course" in there..

For 5. I meant like should I add any more modules for this synth, that would really expand sound capabilities..I'm not going for heaps of extra modules..like 1 or 2.

For LFO, is Coarse the 'Rate' and Fine is 'Amount' or just both Rate..

thanks again

The MIDI->CV unit would be a module in itself.
The multiple module would be a (thin) module as well. (2 * 1in 3out should be plenty for these modules)
If it were me, I'd maybe add another VCF. I've got two on my ASM-2, which has just about the same other modules as yours, and I always use the two filters to do two different colourings on the VCOs. But that's just me.
Ring Mod? (Hardly ever use mine)
Inverters? (Attenuverters are handy)
??

On the LFO, Coarse and Fine are both rate controls. I think that LFO goes up to audio frequencies, so Fine is to keep it in tune AFAIK.
