hi!
Yves´ circuit is definitely the lowest part count, if i had this one, i think i would have used this one.

i succeeded with this one:

also quite low part count, i had one fix transistor and the other ones i compared to it, noted the difference, and the two which were closest to each other in difference built my matched pair.

also usa a fan on your working desk to provide rather stable temperature conditions. turn off your soldering iron and your working lamp, as well as all other sources of heat. use tweezers or pliers to install the trannies, wait for a minute or two.

all these were sources of errors, i had to start all over again.

after a time it was alot fun to me, so i started to match many of my trannies. just me. Rolling Eyes
