but it is corrupt (unrecoverably so). Requests to the site owner go unanswered. Requests to the original creator of the file were answered, but revealed that the file -may or may not- still exist somewhere in an archive of zip disks.
If you have it, let me know. I'd -almost- be willing to pay for a hard copy.
