Stephen, are you not just clicking on this link Pehr sent? It downloads the schematic. There is no need for snooping around. Very Happy

that amp section looks particularly easy to build and applicable to many projects.

I hope tpa6111a2dr chips are still fairly common and inexpensive, what a neat chip.

Nice find! I wonder what the control voltage ratings are. It would be great to see that filter on a piece of stripboard.

Forgive my spruiking but I know people are looking for these - Motohiko Takeda has bargain priced midi kits for sale to fit the Monotron and Gakken sx150. Takeda San is a well-known synth-diy guy in Japan, very nice person to deal with.

Thanks for the link Pehr! It's certainly an interesting schematic.

I think this just proves that Korg understands how publishing a schematic for a synth like this can enhance their sales rather than vice versa.
It's a good move to publish the schematic, as there must be a lot of people who are interested in modding/ circuit bending this and other similar synths like the gakken one.

You guys are serious? Unbelievable. I guess I can understand the desire to mod it after making the mistake of buying one.

I found this guy's image showing component placement on a photo of the PCB, which is really helpful if you're trying to use the schematic:
