Meet HyaSynth...

Measurements: 34-20-7
HyaSynth is always looking for that spark of electricity.
She will respond to your every touch and enjoys being under control.
Though, she is in no way an angel, as she has a semi-see-through front.
Also, if you are lucky, and twist her knobs just right, she will squeal uncontrollably!

Modules:
Papareil MCV876
YuSynth Dual Slew, CV Standards, 3 Oscs, Saw Animator, S&H Noise, Dual Modulator, 3 LFOs, 6 Envelopes, Wavefolder, Mixer, Moog Filter, Arp Filter, EMS Filter, Steiner Filter and 3 VCAs.

Thanks! Very Happy
The panel is made from thick 'plexiglass' or something similar. It was cheap at the local electronic/junk store. The labels are printed clear stickers and it's all covered with a number of coatings of paint primer for plastic. It turned out much better than I expected.
