Hi! I just got a spiffy laptop that has an HDMI outlet. I am wondering if that means I can run my own videos at E-M. Does E-M have an HDMI-capable projector?

IF so... I found that Ableton can load a movie and show it on a side display while I am playing a song. Since my set is going to be Ableton-based, I thought maybe I could create a video for each of my songs and show it at E-M when I'm performing.

Laura; An outlet is that thing on a wall that provides AC power to run your devices. I think you'd be better served by saying OUTPUT.

Since E-M is not a company or corporation, there is no entity to own gear. What you see at a festival either belongs to the organizer or is a loaner from someone in our community.

The good news is that most projectors of recent vintage will be able to accept an HDMI signal from your laptop.
