| [right] hey has anyone had a problem with receiving the download link for AmbiophonicDSP vst after purchasing it. I'm not sure what the deal is but I paid for the plugin and everything has been processed and I haven't received the plugin yet it's been a few days. How long does it usually take? I tried enailing admin@ electro-music.com I haven't got a single reply. Plz help I really want that plugin[/right] |

I am surprised that there is no download page or anything...
I purchased the plugin yesterday and never got it, or a download link, or anything... Is this how this works?
It's a bit of a pain to have to register on the forum after having registered on the website and made a purchase, because the download is nowhere to be found. |

I'm very sorry gyfh, I have made the mistake of deleting your account.
I have unbanned the email address now ... but the forum user account that was used with it, I can not restore that.
The shop account may still be there, not sure if that would work without a forum account. But please try ... and let us know.
I can not help you with the order itself, mosc will have to do that and he is away for holidays I think .. so that may take some time ... sorry about that.

| I try to compared with QSound QSurround, use the same 2.1 speakers and 20° playback, the sound image width is almost， AMBI low frequency is less. |
