I build the Steiner VCF with a pair of BC547 with 15v power supply. When I turn the cutoff know rapidly the volume decreases, almost no sound when the knob is turning. When I turn the cutoff knob slowly the volume decreases so little but all functions as it supposed to. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
