ADSR BS170 Addition |
 |
|
| I was surprised to find that when I went to start populating the ADSR PCB today, that there was a BS170 that wasn't there last time I built the circuit. I don't have any BS170 lying around, so I was wondering if to get it running I could wire pin 7 of the 7555 to the sustain potentiometer to bypass the JFET. Would that work? |

Yes it would and it was the case on the previous version. This FET was added to ensure that the DECAY path be deactivated when the GATE returns to 0V and that the cap will only discharge through the RELEASE path. _________________ Yves |

Hello
am I right, that this is the latest version of ADSR-PCB ?!:
"ADSR 2017 wiring" and "ADRS FINAL Layout 2017" (from Yusynth-site)
Now I've got six ready etched ADSR PCBs (and others) from a friend.
They don't look like that obove, but after all I've found some more (older?) PCBs layouts in the net.
My Questions:
Could I use / build these old one ?
Are there any mistakes in it ?
so long
Gerd

You may build those they will fine as well, the latest version is an improvement and the inclusion of a print an Eurorack psu socket. _________________ Yves |
