I myself .. I didn't dare to go near using screams for my scary music ... working on a halloween thingie currently ... it would be all too easy to make it laughable at best ... but ... then I stumbled over an interesting article about the art of SsscreeEEeam m m m alien

And now I have this idea about doing a collage of ... just screams .. maybe overdoing it a bit migh work Shocked

Anyway, interesting article it is Cool (but I still won't use any screams in the current project).

This DVD is highly recommended by a lot of people -- there is a healthy way of screaming, and there is an unhealthy way. Listen to Max Cavalera's speaking voice, sometime --these days, it's really rough. Chris Cornell had to do a lot of vocal therapy after Audioslave.
