My Pulse (plus) has taken a beating and two knobs needs replacement. Just wondering if anyone has done this to the same model, what experience they've had, and what parts they used.

It would of course be neat to replace all of them with endless rotary controllers, and if anyone has succeeded with that, I'd be most pleased to hear about it.

Thanks.

Have you tried the Waldorf bulletin board (link above)? I have read mention of rotary endcoders there from time to time. I believe they have a search function there.

Yes - I've been there. It's a good resource, but the knobbing done doesn't cover the Pulse, and the parts refered to are endless rotaries. Ah well. Perhaps I should just post to that list, too.

I wonder, has anyone ever seen Waldorf service manuals somewhere on the net? I have been thinking about looking into some Waldorf gear again, but I wold also like to know about parts and know a little about how serviceable these devices really are. I have seen that some Waldorf gear is now going for silly prices.. one "rare" instrument is advertised for sale here in Norway for more than 5500 Euro. That doesn´t make much sense.
If anyone have the servicemanuals I would love to host these on our Waldorf subsite. The community needs info like this.
