The stay-at-home order has enabled me to spend needed time in my studio.

Lacking much time to spend in the studio my attempts to make music over the last few years usually morphed into troubleshooting/repair sessions. The studio has been in desperate need of a focused repair/calibrate/reorganize effort. And - by golly - things are working well now!

So now I get to make music (Yay!). I couldn't think of a title so I call this track "A loss for words".

This track features the Thomas Henry Mega-Percussive Synthesizer and Les Hall's Karplus-Strong VCO.

Les's module is quite interesting in that it implements the K/S idea in hardware by utilizing a BBD (Bucket Brigade Device).

Cool, thanks for sharing! Looking forward to more Smile

Weird, I never knew about the Karplus-Strong VCO... I built Les/Inventor's K-S Percussion circuit, with which I got plenty of mileage.

Maybe it's somewhere in the massive thread about "The Karplus Strong eChucK DIY Project" which I thought was about software.

Yes, it is in that thread. Les included an expo converter in his design and it took some experimentation to get good volt/8ve tracking.

I enjoy the rich tone of this module.
