Delayed LFO on Pitch

Does anybody have any idea on how to have a patch where you hit a key and after holding the note down for a couple of seconds, have an LFO kick in modulating the pitch? A lot of the older synthesizers have this capability, it is usually in the LFO section called LFO delay, or you can have the amount of LFO gradually increase as you hold the note down.

Here, try this...

Use the Postive-edge-delay-module to adjust the delay time and then use a envelope like the AHR to fade in the LFO modulation so it won't cut in. See the attach patch.

Easy! Just route the output of an LFO via a gain contoller and modulate the gain using an envelope with a slow attack, zero decay, and full sustain. This will give you a choice of fade-in curves as well!

Wouldn't it be easier to route the LFO directly through the envelope. Do you gain *sorry =)* anything by using a separate gain controller?

The trick is to trigger a pulse module from the logic tab followed by an inverter module from the same tab, this gives a perfect delayed gate that stays on until the next keypress. The delaytime is now exactly the pulsetime. The attack of the envelope is the gradual increase, sustain should be maximum and release should be minimum. Nice, provided you need the three mentioned features.
