tap tempo delay patch for clock, delay & LFO

Here is a patch, based on the starting work of Xavier Tribolet, that will sync a clock generator, delay module and LFO module (all slightly roughly) to the tapped tempo on the c6 note (two taps set tempo). Bpm values of 50-214 are possible, in 95 steps.
