First Try with my Nord Lead 3 setup |
 |
|
Recently I changed my setup and got a Nord Lead 3 Synth (instead of my former Masterkeyboard, a Yamaha PSR-S700), which I use together with a Yamaha Tenori-On as stepsequenzer and a Roland SonicCell synthmodul. I had no experiences with VA-Synth and am currently working on it.
This first track is improvisational and recorded in just one take, no overdubs and no futher editing:

Well, it's noon now and I am eating with a group children at this moment, age 4 and 5 years and they're all listening very quietly
Congratulations with the NordLead3!
Synth wise you could be a newbe, musically you are certainly not

Thanks Wout for your congrats!
Indeed, children could like the tiny sequence in the background...
Hope to post more from time to time ...

OK, here is the line-up:
The rhythm sequence is programmed with Tenori-On and sounds with a SonicCell (Roland) voice,
the bass riff is programmed with TO and sounds with the NL3,
the lead voice is from NL3 with a choir voice layered from SC,
the pads are from NL3 layered with voices from SC but thes SC voices are just a little background, mainly you can hear NL3 patches programmed in my own performance. _________________ Andreas

Sounds pretty good.
I've had my NL3 for quite a few months now and I still haven't recorded anything with it _________________ My music: http://cdbaby.com/all/fac |
