My Roland RE301 echo tape is out of order for months and i can't find replacement parts here in France. I've only found MN3007...

I need the following integrated circuits:

1* MN3004 (Panasonic),
1* TC4001UBP (Toshiba) or CD4001UBE,
1* TA7204P (Toshiba),
1* TA7136P (Toshiba),
1* DN819 (Panasonic),
1* BA662 A (Roland).

Especially help on MN3004 would be greatly appreciated!
Does anyone know if I can replace it with a MN3007?

Thanks

Pierre

Hello!

I've found all the part for my RE301 except the BA662.
Anyone has an idea?

Thanks

Not sure how accurate this is, but I just did a quick search on eBay and found a vendor selling BA6110 which they say is an equivalent for the BA662.

Unfortunately they are selling them in lots of 25, which is a bit OTT, but if this device is equivalent, you should be able to pick up single devices from Vintage Planet or similar places.

I've no knowledge of this device at all, but I thought it worth posting as a possible solution. I also found this link to a useful substitution page from the Synth-DIY group.

I also found this useful comparison at Synthdiy.com.

Good luck on your parts hunt
