Should work. There are two basic differences:

1. The maximum collector-emitter and collector-base voltages are greater in the 546, meaning it can tolerate higher voltages than the 547 which isn't a factor in the ADSR since they're only connect between 15V and GND.

2. The current gains (hFE) are different, with A being the smallest and C being the largest. In the ADSR they aren't intended to be used in the active region so the current gain isn't critical. Even the minimum gain of 110 looks like it will work.

Ok. I bilt one adsr v2 with slow jumpers.
And bc546a instead of 547
But here is a strange thing:

Output works with background "non excluded audio signal" duno howto describe it precise. So there is a silence only before first trigger, after next trigger (no matter is it trigger input or switch) there is a background sound.

Thing is adsr works as it should work, if i connect output directly to tl074 pin3, then is silence between "actions" .
Can it be cos i use 546a? Or something wrong with 555?

Also led diode, dont work in expected place, diode works when i put it in different place, as it shown in drawing.

So somehow my adsr works great, also no problem with invert output at all, but i would like to complete project as it should be. When output goes from right place and led is connected to right place.

Any ideas?

If I remember correctly, the direction of the LED and D5 are reversed in the schematic and diagram. Try switching them around (LED cathode to pin 7, anode to pin 6, D5 anode to pin 7, cathode to pin 6).
