Just wanted to post an almost-up-to-date picture..
(only taken a week ago, but there's change already - added Paia MIDI2CV)
- 5th Oct 2006
Top rack is for clocking & division - I'm still using some old modules here but they'll be updated. Divide the clocks then combine them for some rhythmic funfun.
One down - four Thomas Henry XR2206 VCOs - YES!
Two down - Envelope, Utilities, ringmod, dual low-pass-gate (needs some tweaks), state variable filter
Bottom - I/O and processing -- foot control module for volume pedal and dual footswitch (electronic switching for momentary or toggling), two audio preamps with vari-decay env-followers, VC BugCrusher, Delay, Spring Reverb (with feedback channel for total screaming!), Opto-compressor, output mixer.
BugModular Webpage
Playing a show with it tonight - ear-plugs necessary I think.. _________________ http://www.bugbrand.co.uk

Very nice!
I like that you have so many colors. Dou you have a colorcoding scheme for jacks/knobs, or is it random?
You're quite a fan of XR2206 vco? How do you like them so far? How are they regarding temp stability? I'd like to build me a few as well, so it would be nice to hear about any issues.
Sorry for all the questions, that's a real nice modular you got there.

Cheers man
Yeah colours - helps to some extent but you still lose track of where everything is plugged... The knob colours are quite chaotic but I try to tie them in with my standard I/O colours of: Blue = CV In, Red = CV out, Yellow = Audio In, Green = Audio Out
I can't yet comment on the temp stability of the XR VCOs -- most of my work so far has been of such an experimental nature that I've not tried playing tunes or the like - modulating drone noises..!.. But I just got the PAIA midi to cv so I'm going to fine tune the oscs and get them stable - will report back...
Yes, I do like their power from quite a simple circuit. _________________ http://www.bugbrand.co.uk

BTW: Where do you get your patch cords? And please don't say Rapid, 'cos they have a minimum purchase the size of...something large - when you're an international customer like me...
